Up to Web site features

The DEF forum will only be visible after log in and then only to a defined set of members (Board and DEF staff). A small amount of up front training will most likely be necessary to familiarize new users.

Should we use a forum as a place to keep all of the ideas for features of the web site?

I don't think a forum is a good place to manage the "feature" ideas for DEF's website.  This would be better supported with a Wiki
