Marcy Conn
Ms. Conn has over two decades of extensive decision consulting
experience as well as experience in the nonprofit and education worlds.
At Strategic Decisions Group, she co-led the firm’s Client Education
practice, designing course curriculum and teaching thousands of
executives how to apply the principles and tools of good decision
making. Her recent experience includes strategy and business planning
for nonprofit and corporate ventures, running a youth programs grant
fund in San Mateo County, and serving as a nonprofit board officer and
interim executive. She has been an advisor and teacher in a variety of
middle, high school, university, and executive classrooms, most
recently in the Upper School at Castilleja High School in Palo Alto,
California. She holds an MS in Operations Research from Stanford
University, an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University
of California, Berkeley, and a California CLAD teaching credential.
