Paul Skov

Mr. Skov spent more than 35 years as a management consultant, specializing in corporate strategy development and decision analysis. At SRI International, he was head of the Strategy Development Department, where he devised and applied SRI’s Strategic Management Process, a highly acclaimed approach to developing corporate strategy. In the early days of DEF, he led the launch of the foundation’s program for at-risk youth and supervised the development of curriculum for teaching decision skills in conjunction with character-based literacy. Mr. Skov received an MS in electrical engineering and a BS in physics from the California Institute of Technology. He has also done graduate work in engineering-economic systems at Stanford University.
