Workshops at Stanford

Teachers, administrators, and other school/youth personnel can receive a Certificate in Strategic Decision and Risk Management with an Emphasis in Decision Education from the Stanford Center for Professional Development at Stanford University. The certificate is awarded to those who complete six 2.5-day courses – two core courses (Decision Quality for Educators and Decision Analysis) and four electives from the Stanford Decision and Risk Management program, including one elective for educators. The Certificate Program is designed for teachers, counselors, administrators, and others who wish to hone their decision-making competence. The courses in the Certificate Program are offered on campus at Stanford, at a local school site, or online.
