Improving Advisory and Counseling with Decision Quality

This course is for educators, administrators, advisors, counselors, and mentors who wish to apply the essentials of good decision making to advisory and counseling relationships and programs. Participants will learn to enhance an existing or design a new advisory or counseling program using engaging decision-based curriculum and skills. In addition, participants will:

  • Use decision skills as a way to achieve already established goals
  • Explore successful lesson plans and materials
  • Develop or enhance curriculum
  • Practice role plays, scenarios, and related activities
