The promise of Universal Decision Quality

Universal Decision Quality is a simple but ambitious promise: high-quality decisions should be within everyone's reach, not just experts or people with years of specialized training.

To help make that promise real, DEF offers the public Norma. Norma is a public vehicle for everyday decision makers, designed to improve decision quality even for people with limited training and experience. Think of it as a way to keep yourself in the driver's seat: Norma helps you build decision skills and healthy decision habits, so the choices you make are truly your own.

DEF's focus: personal decisions

Within the UDQ Initiative, DEF's focus is personal decisions. We help individuals develop decision skills and apply Decision Quality to the choices in their own lives, from the classroom to the kitchen table.
