Kennedy Jr., Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, on March 20, 2025, in which he voiced his support for cell phone bans in schools and hinted at the possibility of a national ban. Through this lesson, students will critically examine the implications of such a policy using the Decision Chain, a decision-making tool developed by the Decision Education Foundation.
